Tarlac State University is the top 8 performing school in the August 2019 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination with an overall passing rate of 88.71 percent against 70.65 percent national passing rate.
The university also garnered an 89.83 passing percentage for first time takers as opposed to the 76.47 national passing percentage.
A total of 55 TSU test takers passed the August 2019 board exam from the 62 examinees.
The outstanding performance of TSU in the said board exam is a product of the in-house review conducted by the Mechanical Engineering Department of the College of Engineering and Technology.
The August 2019 ME Licensure Examination was held on August 25 and 26, 2019.
